#83 Sunkist Citrus Exchange with dock. This is a typical "Mission Style" building used for citrus packing plants. 4-1/2" x 6-1/2" foot print ,HO scale. Walls are die-cut, resembles rough stucco. Swamp roof cooler, skylight, roof ventilators and a cast wall fan. The side door can be left open or glued closed. Step way entrance to the office. Comes with "Orange Crates and labels."
